We’re serving Authentic Regional American Pizza from Chef Paul Kasten’s hometown of the USA. A passionate Hubby (chef) and Aussie Wife (FOH) team that wants to disrupt the norm of (terrible) Australia pizza to the masses. We’re serving our signature Chicago Stuffed Deep Dish, Detroit-Style Pan Pizza, and two types of thin crust. The iconic New York, and from Chef’s hometown of Connecticut, New Haven Style. Four types of dough made fresh prepared by ex fine dining chefs. Where every slice tells a story and every visit makes you feel like home.
Why Brunswick Street?
It's rad - it's an awesome little community. We hand out slices to local businesses when they are doing the hard slog and can't get away for lunch/ dinner. We have knock off drinks at each others bars and it's just a special place to be!

Old Plates
Ethan loves what he does, and we love going in there for vinyl shopping with a dirty martini and listing to some awesome tunes. Milineys is our go to cocktail place when we get out earlier enough - awesome, friendly crew - and what a fit out!
